La Salle Super Premium Ice Cream Sandwich

Ingredients:
1 (18-oz.) pkg. refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
3 cups La Salle Super Premium Ice Cream. Pick your favorite flavor.

Preparation:
1. Shape cookie dough into 18 balls and place them about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets in 350°F pre-heated oven.

2. Bake at 350°F. for 10 to 15 minutes or until light golden brown. Then cool them for a minute or two and remove from cookie sheets.

3. To assemble each sandwich, place 1 scoop (1/3 cup) of softened ice cream on bottom side of one cookie and top with another cookie, bottom side down. Wrap each sandwich in foil. Freeze for 2 to 3 hours or until firm.
