Management Team

Frank Holdraker. Mr. Holdraker is Chairman of the Board of Director's of LaSalle Brands and is also the President & CEO of LaSalle Ice Cream Franchise Company. Mr. Holdraker was President/Owner of Franklin & Associates from 1989-2004, a full service concept development company. He helped develop the franchise program for La Salsa Fresh Mexican Grill, the manufacture of proprietary products and the establishment of purchasing and distribution procedures. From 1986-1989 Mr. Holdraker was President and CEO of Ponderosa, Inc., a 750-unit steakhouse chain. From 1980-1986 he was Senior Vice President of Coulter Enterprise, a major multi-state Pizza Hut franchisee. Prior to that he was Vice President of Pizza Hut from 1974-1980. Mr. Holdraker graduated from Drake College, Florida with a Business Administration Degree, and Rochester Business Institute specializing in Accounting & Finance.

Medhat (Tony) Mohamed. Mr. Mohamed is President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of LaSalle Brands. Mr. Mohamed bought his first ice cream route in New York City from LaSalle Ice Cream in 1990, then acquired LaSalle Ice Cream Company in 1993, went on to acquire Consumers Ice Cream Co. in 1995, Martin Ice Cream Corp. in 1995, Ennis Ice Cream Corp. in 1996, All Seasons Ice Cream in 1997, formed Five Star Ice Cream in 1997, purchased the distribution network of Marina Ice Cream in 1997, Five Boroughs Ice Cream in 1999, Tommy Piccone Enterprises in 2000, and Nick's Ice Cream in 2004. Mr. Mohamed sold a portion of his distribution business to Nestle' this year, 2007. His LaSalle Brand Ice Creamhas continued to grow and is now expanding in to other States. Mr. Mohamed was born in Alexandria, Egypt in 1955, emigrated to the U.S. in 1980, and became an American Citizen in 1982. He studied Textile Engineering at Alexandria Faculty of Textile Engineering, and then Philadelphia College of Textile & Science in Germantown, Pennsylvania.

Robert Haberman. Mr. Haberman is a Director of LaSalle Brands. He is Vice-President & General Manager of Five Star Ice Cream Corp., and runs the day-to-day business, including the company's banking requirements, and is responsible for all legal and accounting matters. Prior to Mr. Haberman purchasing the Ennis Ice Cream Company in 1990 he was in the New York garment industry and simultaneously operated a successful New York based company having worldwide distribution, as well as being a Disney licensee for the U.S. and Europe. Over the years he has been successful in building companies to tens of millions of dollars in annual revenue. Mr. Haberman, with his Ennis Ice Cream Company joined Tony Mohamed's LaSalle Group in 1996.

Dr. Scott Campbell. Mr. Campbell is the Chief Financial Officer and is a DirectorofLaSalle Brands.Dr. Campbell is the President & founder of Campbell and Company Financial Group, Inc. (est. 1988) a full-service accounting firm with its primary focus on the hospitality industry. Over the past 18 years CCFG Inc. has developed proprietary financial models specifically designed for the restaurant/bar industry. In addition to private accounting CCFG Inc. prepares filings for many public companies. Dr. Campbell is a co-owner/developer of the Lucky Lou' s Restaurant Concept, opened in April, 2004. Lucky Lou's is a casual dining restaurant and bar with an emphasis on great service and great food. Mr. Campbell graduated from the University of Miami with a Masters in Business Administration in 1986 (MBA), then received his Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) in 1989.

Terry W. Neild - Director of LaSalle Ice Cream Franchise Company. He is President and CEOofAmerican Restaurant Development Corporation, a Franchise Development Company, and is also Chief Executive Officer of Investment Capital Corporation, a venture capital firm specializing in small companies. Founder, CEO and Director of a number of public companies including a very successful retail specialty bottled water company. He has extensive knowledge in Mergers and Acquisitions and has personally been responsible for raising hundreds of millions of dollars for companies he has served. Mr. Neild , who is a Certified Management Accountant, has held a number of senior financial positions in three Fortune 500 companies.

Richard Clasby - Director of Franchise Marketing for LaSalle Ice Cream Franchise Company through FranStar Development, LLC. Mr. Clasby has over 25 years experience in the hospitality and franchise industries. He has held executive and sales positions with Days Inn Franchising, Inc., Cendant Corporation, Casino and Credit Services, Inc., ACOM Plus Computer Systems, Inc. and Robeks Franchising, Inc. Mr. Clasby earned a BS degree from Cornell University's Hotel/Restaurant School in 1981.

Robert Clasby - Director of Franchise Marketing for LaSalle Ice Cream Franchise Company through FranStar Development, LLC. Mr. Clasby has over 13 years of experience in the hospitality and franchise industries. He comes to the management team after holding executive and sales positions with U.S. Franchise Systems, Inc., CRW Financial, Inc., UTI, Inc., American Restaurant Development Corp., and most recently Clasby Culinary, LLC. He played professional football from 1983 to 1990. Mr. Clasby earned a BS degree in Finance from the University of Notre Dame in 1983.

William Freed. Mr. Freed is an Architect and Director of Project Managementand an in-house contractor to LaSalle Ice Cream Franchise Company, through his FCM Company. He is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, and is currently licensed in Arizona, Virginia, and Maryland. His FCM Company is licensed as a Class A Contractor in Virginia, and has completed commercial restaurant construction projects in eight states. Mr. Freed, who has an extensive background in designing and building-out retail food operations, is a graduate from Boston Architectural Center and Texas A & M University. Professional proficiencies with project management include architectural design, cost estimating, negotiating, design coordination, contract administration, change order processing and cost tracking submittal review, quality assurance, and project closeout.
